1. Terrible conditions. On first night of arrival, the AC was not working. They switched us to another room. After moved in all the language, we found out it was not the exactly same room. So we moved into the 3rd room on that night. Since there was no elevator, we had to drag our suitcases through stairs in three buildings. Later on we found out, the water heater in 3rd room was broken. After turning on the hot water, the whole room was filled with the smell of rotten egg. Since it was already 2am in the morning, we were too tired to switch to another room. In addition to that, the drainage of one bathroom was also blocked. After we reported the issue the next day, they "fixed" the water heater issue and the rotten egg smell faded in the next couple of days. However on the fourth night and also the last night, the water heater was broken again. There was no hot water in the room.
2. Although the hotel had free breakfast, they only provided very limited options. We always had to wait for the food. In couple mornings, we had to wait more than 5 minutes to even get milk. In several occasions, multiple people just stood in the room and had nothing to eat. Also one thing to note, almost all the mornings, there were no more 5 families in the breakfast area.
