"We always love staying at this property! The rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly/helpful, and breakfast is great. We had an air conditioner issue in our room this time as it would not come on. However, this was a group family event and a couple of family members had their room reservations mixed up and given to other members which could have resulted in an extra day charge for one couple.
