I really like the room. It was king suite, with a small kitchen, living room area, and of course a bathroom and king size bed. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. However, there was a smell to the room. I don’t know what it was didn’t find any trash or anything that could have contributed to the smell but it wasn’t pleasant. I always keep Lysol and Febreze in my car so I brought those in the room and sprayed them throughout the night. It was helpful but once those scents faded the smell returned.

The experience was awful. I had maintenance issues that were not resolved. The front desk, bartender and shuttle driver was talking loudly about a group that was there in a negative way.. they should have had this conversation in private not in the lobby where everyone could hear. The front desk agent did not greet me. She bumped into me and didn’t even say sorry or hello. Worst service ever!!!

This is a newer hotel, about a year old according to the staff. It was a very nice hotel, quiet and clean. Not to mention that it’s set up similar to a furnished apartment! It had dishes, pots/pans, silverware and cooking utensils. The room even had a dishwasher if needed. And just 10 minutes from Mall of America

the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the are around the MOA. The breakfast buffet was better than most of the other hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a new born baby crying the whole time, but overall great stay great place . Great breakfast. Great drinks. Short but sweet stay. Came for Prince's paisley park studio which was amazing to see

On April 27 i stayed at your hotel. The property was excellent. Food was very very good. The customer service was horrible that night. And she followed up the next night being every bit as bad. The woman during the day was very good. The woman at night was the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. And I have been to hundreds. Everything else was very good.

The property is close to the mall and the airport. Down side is they charge a daily fee to park in their lot.

I was disappointed to find that the shuttle wasn't running when I arrived at the airport. After an expensive ride to the hotel, the desk person wasn't very kind or helpful. When I had questions at checkout, I waited around for about ten minutes but there was no one there to help me.

I cant begin to start on this lil mini trip, first the toilet didnt work. The heat didnt work. The neighbors argued the entire stay and they charged for parking. Worst stay ever

When checking in I was told there are "extra charges. 15.00 for incidentals and 15.00 per night to park". This was not listed on Expedia. The shower gel was out. The man who checked me in could not tell me what incidentals are. He didn't charge me to park because he didn't have the sign out. He said the "complimentary breakfast" is in the room next to registration. I think I am paying for breakfast. I won't stay here again.
