I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!

This hotel is very dirty. I stayed there for 3 nights and I had to checkout one day early because every night and day was always cockroaches crawling on kitchen counter sink and in bathroom floor. The whole entire room floor was very dirty. Customer service are very poor and unprofessional. I can’t request bath towel after 8pm. No conditioner only small shampoo tube. I under only $89 a night but wasn’t expecting all of these craps. I can get better and cheaper if I was in a motel 6. Just so you know, don’t ever go there.

We arrived at the property and no one was at the reception. We waited almost an hour. Finally a person showed up and stated they have no clean rooms and will not check us in. This after we had booked and paid through Expedia. Her attitude was very non helpful. She stated that it’s not her problem that they don’t have a room for us which was confirmed and paid for! When asked how do we get our money back she stated not my problem call Expedia.

The lady that checked us in was awesome. There were multiple issues with our reservation (Expedia sold rooms that were not available, no staff there to clean the rooms, Expedia put all 3 rooms in 1 persons name but it isn’t allowed there, etc.) 1 room was marked as cleaned and when we went in it was trashed. Dannica (I believe is her name) was overwhelmed- by lack of help- but handled everything perfectly. She was running the front desk, then cleaning rooms, etc.

The room was decent for the price. However, the door was not working. Our key card didn't work and we were locked out of our room. We checked in on Friday and didn't get the door issue situated until Saturday night. The front desk staff was trying to be helpful.

I checked in late at 8pm and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another hour for my room to be cleaned and ready. By the time I got into my room was a little past 9pm. There was only one lady running the whole hotel. Whoever is management at this hotel needs to be fired. This hotel makes the Extended Stay Hotel brand look really bad. This will be the last time I am staying at any Extended Stay Hotel.

The only thing I can say is where is the hair dryer and the coffee pot and do you not have ice? Walking into that room it was like it was completely empty. I get it is an extended stay suite. But you all should still have the basic things in there. I had asked for extra pillows do due arm injuries and head and neck migraines and I know it was late when I asked but there was no communication about that u had to request extra bedding before eight. I was gone so I didn’t know that and the girl was very rude about it.

The management of the property was very accommodating. Manager Katy or Katie went above and beyond satisfying reasonable requests. Not only for myself but I have witnessed this for other guests. The level of patients, professionalism, and communication was impressive. I did not have any complaints during my stay. I was able to enjoy myself in a peaceful setting. Had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up so I could check in. When she finally showed up, she was quite rude (didn’t smile, was abrupt, didn't acknowledge me at all). Hallway and elevator was dirty and there were bugs in the shower and on the ceiling.

We booked a room for 3 people. There were not two beds available, but there was a bed, with a pull out sofa available. The pull out sofa was full of crumbs, etc. and did not even have a sheet on the mattress. There was no toilet paper when we checked in. We killed two roaches while were were there.

We stayed on the 3rd floor it smelled of pot pretty bad. We also had the people next to us that had music going until 1:30am and it was pretty loud. We did call and they talked to them but I don't think the people in the room cared because it just went on again. The workers were very friendly.

Absolutely not. They first told us they were all booked when we got there which was never communicated (we had a reservation), but then an entire cheer team and wanted their money back while we were getting ready to leave. We booked a room they were planning to stay in and later found out that it was because of bed bugs. The smell was horrible inside the hotel, towels laying in the halls on the floors and what looked like homeless people going in and out of the hotel. Worst experience ever with using a third party site. The hotel looked clean in the pictures, but very clearly was not. Had to end up rebooking somewhere else and are really hoping to get our money back from Expedia although it was a non refundable room.
