We spent two nights last weekend! Hotel is completely renovated… clean and bright. Loved all the sitting areas, bar and restaurant are awesome! On a busy road but not noisy and very convenient to Newport and all its amenities !

We booked a queen bed and received a full. They did nothing to try to solve the problem or compensate us. I would never in 1 million years book a room that had a full-size bed for 2 adults. Not only that, there was a spotlight pointing directly at our window all night and the curtain did not block it in the least. The creamer was curdled, the shower door didn’t close, the body wash was empty.
