We came into town for the Marlins game and go to beach. Was very please with being close in a drivable time from both. Convince store just across the street for gas. Will pass the word if you in town for beach and ballgame check this out. Only draw back was the valet parking it was 30 r 35 dollars a day.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Everything seemed well maintained. Breakfast was great and the lobby even had a pool table and board games to entertain the kid. The only complaint I have is the 35 dollar a day parking fee seems rather high. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The cleaning ladies made bad comments in front of guests about cleaning the rooms. And we didnt like that the dont clean everyday. A side from that, the hotel was good, and the breakfast was very good.

Stayed here the night before our cruise and have no complaints. Front desk staff was friendly, rooftop pool was nice, and the breakfast in the morning was fresh. Only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the Port of Miami. Gas station across the street if you need snacks.

Day Staff need hospitality training. They were rude. Didn’t acknowledge the customer standing at the front desk (in front of their face). No smiles, Very unwelcoming. For this to be a prominent Hotel, Hilton I am disappointed.

This property was quiet, clean, and had great staff. They served breakfast with many hot and cold options. There was a nice pool on the 3rd floor roof that provided a nice view of the Miami skyline. Only downside was the location. It is about a 2 mile walk to the Bayfront and not many restaurants or attractions are close by. However, very nice amenities!

This was the best property!! My husband and I Literally needed a place to stay over night after the cruise. I booked the room immediately when we docked in Miami around 7am. We made it to the hotel around 0930 and the room was already ready for us. My husband and I travel a lot but I've never heard of a hotel room that's ready in HOURS!! The room was immaculately clean and the staff was friendly! Besides the Oriental in Brickell, this is my FAVORITE!!! DEFINITELY have a new Tru fan!

The hotel is well situated and convenient to dining options. The room was large and the bathroom was well-appointed with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We enjoyed the cleanliness and room appointments. We will stay there again when in Miami.

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND CHECK IN WAS EASY. DO BE MINDFUL THOUGH THAT A 45$ HOLD WILL BE PUT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ONCE YOU CHECK IN. (THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND THE $ BACK IF WE DIDNT GET ANYTHING TO DRINK, SNACKS, ETC) ALSO ANOTHER THING THAT I DIDNT KNOW IS THAT THEY HAVE NO PERSONAL PARKING AT THE HOTEL. YOU HAVE TO USE THEIR VALET SERVICE WHICH IS 35$. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE 45$, THEY USE THE FUNDS ON THERE TO PAY FOR THE VALET FEE SO TECHNICALLY YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I THOUGHT THAT THAT WAS AN IMPORTANT THING TO ADD. NOT SAYING THAT ITS A BAD THING, MORE OF JUST A HEADS UP. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS HOTEL. NICE AND CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL POOL, FREE BREAKFAST, BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS TOO!! I DEFINITELY WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN FOR SURE!
