I was satisfied with everything. What i would like to see different would be vents in the bathrooms and rooms being cleaned daily not customer having to request to have the room cleaned.

Great stay, the room was very cozy and the hotel runs everything through the app making it so convenient, loved that rooms had Roku TVs ! For the price it was definitely worth it

Decent property. I enjoyed my stay:) Issue was no room service the entire time. Room above and next to mine were so loud I could not relax. Heavy footsteps all night long.

Beautiful hotel. Great location, walked to the beach, dinners, desserts, convenience stores, liquor store etc. The property itself was amazing, it felt like a mini resort itself. We could’ve stayed on the property majority of the time and still would’ve had a great trip. Clean room, staff was great, around the clock security. Look forward to staying here again.

First of all, pictures don't reflect the actual rooms at all. Room wasn't cleaned. There were dead bugs, dust everywhere, I have pics so I can email them. Second, we made a complain about a neighbor room which literally party all day all night. Noise was terrible. They did nothing. Instead they told us to email or chat with Sonder through app. what a terrible way of taking care of the problems.There are no windows that we can keep open without curtains no privacy at all. We didn't get any sunlight. Room was smelly, ac was super old. This company thinks when they put couple of pretty art work to the walls they have a clean, safe, quite place. Terrible experience. Definetly not coing back. I think Expedia should not have them in their hotel selection.

I would recommend staying here close to everything is walking distance. They have a bar with hookah is a plus drinks are a little expensive but overall a great stay very clean

It rained the entire stay, I only booked this room because of the outdoor pool. Although the rain was out of the property control, which left them to close it, I believe I (residents) should be accommodated for the days I stayed.

Good: Location is great, just a couple of min from the beach and good eats. Bedroom is good size, love the wood floors, and bathroom is big and clean. Pool is adequate but clean. Lots of tables and chairs on the property for eating, esp. outdoors. It has a resort feel to it. Not so good: Can’t speak for other buildings but we were at the 3rd from the entrance, Belaire, and it’s outside access so had a bit of a motel feel to me. AC running so loud, hard to sleep.
