We liked the location and the hotel’s beach and gym amenities’ connection with the Loews Hotel (right across the street with easy access to both. The hotel was clean and the dailyaid service was reliable. Hotel js walk-ably convenient to just about everywhere we like to go in South Beach and there was just enough “action” on the pool deck to make it fun to hang out. The only disappointment was that there was no nightlife in the hotel and a couple of times when I wanted a drink, the bartender was nowhere to be found and the one time I stumbled into her, the drink was not good. Overall, this is a good value and the location is very good. If you need constant action, maybe beat to go across the street and oay an extra $100 a night.

I booked ocean view but it is actually partial ocean views. The sea through the window is far away from the hotel. The hotel is small. The pool is also very small. The room does not have slippers, bathrobe, shower cap, toothbrush. I asked for them the first day I came. I got them on the third day. I need to keep calling the front desk. It also took a very long time for the front desk to answer the call because there is only one front desk. The room’s floor is also dirty. It is also noisy. I can hear the music every night from the other rooms of the same floor. All the housekeepings do not speak English. It is really inconvenient. Everyday, they came really early. I need to use a translator to ask them to come later, but they never came back. I need to call the front desk to ask them to come, and it took like an hour. The room does not have heating. We need to turn off the air conditioning to keep warm, but the housekeeping always came and turned it on, to like 65 degrees. Overall, the hotel and the service does not worth this price at all! Book a better one nearby!

The property is in the heart of South Beach, and the hotel room is modern and clean. The only negative Comment I have is that parking and getting your car is tough as there is little parking space To leave your car and the valet is overwhelmed.

Miami Beach parking is difficult, so I picked this property because it had valet parking even thou it was the most expensive Hyatt I have come across. When I arrived it was raining and no one was working the Valet. Cars were everywhere and backed up into the street. The police were telling you to move your car, it was chaos. The front desk had me park in one of the public parking garages and I had to walk in the rain with my luggage to the hotel. Once inside they assured me they would refund me the 3 nights of valet parking. I got my bill and I was charged for the valet parking. They removed it but I had to bring it to their attention. For all my troubles they credited me one night of resort fees. Other than that the staff was friendly and the room was pleasant.

I asked the clerk about the shopping options around the hotel. He answered: there are plenty of stores; you can check on Google. Homeless people on almost every street. The hotel entrance looks like a back door or a service entrance, next to a parking garage. The hotel is expensive considering the location and the services you receive.

Rooms were very nice. Bar area so so. We arrived from a cruise early but weren’t able to check in until 5 pm. Had to put luggage in holding downstairs. Then finally get checked in and go down and get our own luggage and take it up. Workout etc is the hotel across the road

When i asked about my room being ready since i was already waiting 90 minutes, the middle aged African American woman at the desk told me she didn't know about my room since she didnt work housekeeping. The Hispanic desk giy finally got me a room at 5:50 pm! Well after our scheduled 4pm check in time. I asked for a breakfast voucher or a drink ticket and all he offered was 2 bottles of water which are free anyway. Terrible service.

The room was spacious and well maintained. However, there were no dresser drawers and I had to essentially live out of my suitcase. Also my companion and I arrived after midnight because of a flight delay and we could not raise anyone to let us into the building for a half hour. We thought we were going to have to sleep in the car. Other than that, the staff were generally helpful.

The hotel was very noisy. The photos show it located on the beach. It was not you had to walk down an alley way to get to the beach. Very disappointed

I stayed at a lot of hotels in South beach, and this has been one of the best experiences. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly, the hotel is clean and at a great location. The rooms are nice, not fancy but really decent. The room seemed to have been renovated not too long ago, and I love having a stone floor, which can actually be cleaned correctly, as opposed to carpets. The bedding is great, and good quality, and my only remark would be the outdated furniture: the desk and minibar cabinet, which have seen better days. If these are the same in other rooms, I suggest management to spend a little bit of money to replace these, and make the rooms really great. I'll go back here.
