I needed a place to stay while my dog underwent surgery nearby until we got the all clear at her checkup the following day. The hotel room was more than reasonably priced, and the pet fee was minimal. When i checked in to the hotel, the receptionist said something about me being lucky and housekeeping, but I admittedly wasn't really listening. The room was huge compared to what i was expecting, photos usually make everything look bigger, but not in this case. Bed was made an appeared clean, nothing during my stay ever made me feel otherwise. The floor in the kitchen had some dried food spillage on it, and the carpet looked like it had seen some stuff. The latter didn't bother me much as I don't go barefoot in hotels anyway. The biggest complaints revolved around 2 things. There was almost a constant smell of marijuana coming from somewhere, and my towels were all unusable. Three of them had hair all over them, folded up, and everywhere. The fourth had something pink stuck to it that looked like it might have been hard candy, and the fabric was more yellow than white. I just used the hand towels as those were clean. The staff and other guests were all very friendly and polite. Hotel seemed to be in a really nice part of town, and the area felt safe. This place seems to have the potential to be so much better. Left disappointed, but i imagine i paid what it was worth. The best news was surgery was a success.
