When we checked in, the lobby smelled like marijuana. The clerk was nice, however we were in a room in the back that smelled weird, had old food in the drawer. Outside the room, looked like homeless people were outside.

My flight was changed and even tho my booking was non refundable they still got it refunded for me, totally exceeded my expectations.
