Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. A great find in the middle of town! Everywhere is walkable. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are super clean. No frills but hey… I’m there to ski and hang with my dogs! Worth it!

Was a standard Motel 6 room, clean and tiny. Thank you Motel 6 for allowing cats, we had a really hard time finding motels for our move until I saw that Motel 6 allowed pets for free. Really made our trip so much easier.

Nice cheap spot to stay if your skiing mammoth. However, facility is old, heater blows out dry air, can get uncomfortable

It was run down and falling apart . The maintenance workers didn’t respect the guest sleeping and were doing construction on one of the walk ways were super loud
