"This was the 4th hotel I've stayed in on this trip and I was delighted with the unexpected luxury--the best of the lot regardless of price. The room was spacious, with a huge, comfortable king bed. "The first night I check in very late and they place me in a small cramp up room without windows. The next day I demanded to be moved to a room with windows but they wanted to charge more money. They claim that this is what I paid for. This is absurd I and I will avoid booking hotel from Expedia in the future."

"Arrived and had trouble checking in. Took a while, the staff don't know how to register foreigners, only locals. I was given a "non-smoking" room with no windows. Musty, moldy smell but i was only there for one night and had to get out to meet a friend so i didn't fight it.
