"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!"
