"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!"

"Overall, a fair stay. Not as nice as the pictures lead you to believe but it wasn't anything bad. Expected more of a "luxury" vibe and it was a pretty standard hotel, seemed a little outdated to be considered "luxury" at this point. Was pretty bummed because we stayed on a Sunday and the email didn't highlight the earlier closing time for the gym and sauna so we didn't get to experience those at all, which was a bummer. The washer/dryer room was also closed after a specific time, which didn't...
