As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. The manager and staff were very gracious and the garden was a dream. "

"We didn't actually stay at Munna Palace, as the management transferred us to Hotel Malik Residency, next door, owned by same group. Munna did not seem ready or aware of our booking, and I think they wanted to make up for this and gave us a room with a view. This was after the promised airport shuttle did not arrive. Again this was because the (absent) owner, who agreed to pick us up, did not tell management. This kept happening in India. Otherwise the room was very nice. Bit cold. It was below...

"It's a beautiful new hotel that's extremely clean. They have a choice of buffet or room service. "

"The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. "
