Excellent location and very walkable to the city centre and all it has to offer. In a downside the bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear the springs when you turned over

The hotel was very clean and well maintained (opened in 2019). The free breakfast was excellent.This was my second visit in the last 2 months. Will stay again.

It’s a little further out than most of the central hotels. Everything was pleasant, although we arrived about 2pm and they wanted to charge us another £10 to check in (which we thought was a bit much). Overall it’s a good/average stay just on the outskirts of the city.

Very disappointed . I have stayed here several times and this time was very different to my previous experiences. We arrived early and tried our luck to check in. We couldn’t which was fine. However the woman was quite rude when we asked and told us to come back later quite abruptly. She didn’t offer to look after our bags - we had to ask. We asked her if the hotel allowed service dogs to stay as my husband has an assistance dog. She wasn’t helpful at all and said arrangements would have to be made and I would have to email the hotel to get approval etc. it seemed such a facade and we felt my husband and his assistance dog wouldn’t be welcome. When we arrived back to check in around 6pm. I mentioned I was a Hilton member. However I was told that because I had booked through Expedia that it wouldn’t apply and I wouldn’t get my benefits. It was like booking through Expedia was a bad thing. It’s not my fault Hilton was more expensive than in Expedia. The room was nice and clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. I have stayed here lots of times but this experience was very disappointing. I didn't feel welcome.

Hotel is very nice, very spacious, and breakfast was very good. Parking is not free. Close proximity to several restaurants. Would stay again.

Great hotel and value for money, while not right in the heart of the city, we still walked there from the train station with luggage and walked back into town easy enough for all of the shopping and dining options Leeds has to offer. Complimentary breakfast was a big plus and good options available as well. Very happy with our stay there.

I would have slept much better if there had been some ventilation in the room. The aircon only went down to 19deg, too warm for a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately the room wasnt ready at 3pm when we where expecting to check in, was told they had up to 5pm to clean so to return later which was disappointing. When we got to the room the glass in the bathroom door was smashed and the pillow cases were stained. Room was at the end of the corrider and was quiet which was good. Breakfast - plenty of choice and replenished regularly.

As it was my first visit to Manchester, this hotel's location is very central. It is just a 3-minute walk to Chinatown, which houses plenty of dining options. It is also close to Piccadilly Gardens, which provides travelers with various public transport options. The only downside of the property is the accessibility as I traveled with my parents and they are senior citizens, accessibility needs are required and this is an area that the hotel can look into. Having said that, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its location, rooms, and amenities provided.

Very clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast, lots of choice and all the food was fresh. Car park bigger than I was expecting and was helpful that I could leave car there the following day (the fee covers 24 hrs)

The hotel was spotless, very welcoming polite staff on the front desk. We had a very spacious, clean room for a family of 3. A great place to stop at for a trip into Leeds city centre or the arena which are only approx 10 min walk away. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Leeds.

Good value for money
A very well placed Hotel in Leeds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well presented. The bed was spotless and very comfortable. My only gripe was that there was no YORKSHIRE TEABAGS !?! Waited only 5 minutes when they called a taxi for me. Had early check in which was very useful at a small cost ( £10.00). The bar food was good and the price was reasonable for a hotel. All in all, a great stay at a very competitive price. Good value for money. I joined their HILTON HONOURS reward scheme because I will be staying there again. Recommended.
