Pool needed cleaned and breakfast was lack luster. The eggs were horrible.

This might have been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Though the staff was friendly our room was not ready when we checked in late. the room we did receive had constant noise from stomping upstairs to pipes pounding. The door lock was broke and so was the coffee pot.

We've been here 3 days and our room hasn't been cleaned once. Our trash is overflowing. I had to go to the front desk for more linens and TP. I piled the dirty linens outside our door. On the first day that our room wasn't cleaned, the housekeeper offered me one washcloth, stating that she didn't work weekends! I do feel for the manager, as he appears to be trying to wear a lot of hats and looks exhausted. We're in a small town with probably few staffing choices, but I'll be asking Holiday Inn for compensation. Never experienced anything like this.... get towels awashcloths

Our front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Got us in, added my IHG points, no muss, no fuss. It was laye so i appreciate her efficiency

It's easy parking for a larger vehicle and the staff is always friendly. We think the beds are super comfy.

I’d stay here again
No trash or debris in the parking lot. Hotel is very well maintained also. Nice employees. Pretty paint scheme. Good breakfast.

Give us coffee addicts a break!
The lobby coffee service was removed after breakfast. Since this seems to be unusual for IHG properties, for the first time in our five week trip, we couldn't get that very important cup of coffee for the road before we left. We survived. Otherwise, a really nice stay.

Property and hotel was kept up very nice. We had a problem with the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall but it was still connected. The shower handle was defective. Had a very hard time using it. Staff said it would be fixed soon.

The back lot was DARK, and all the front spots were taken, so there was no choice. The 2 doors in the back are tiny entrances, hard to get stuff in an out of, no roll cart, etc. The place was nice, quiet and cold, which was great, but the freezer is a joke I think. Overall a decent experience, but could have been better with some minor tweaks.

Poor parking, room had garbage in it when we checked in, also expedia or hotel lost one of our reservations so we had to stay on separate floors. The front desk was extremely helpful and did manage to book another room and came up immediately to remove the trash. The other room also had a strong paint smell. On the good side, the rooms were generally well maintained and clean, the staff were great and the breakfast provided was decent.
