This property sits on the edge of Lawrence next to the KU tennis facilities off of Hwy 10. It was very quiet the nights I stayed here. The bed was comfortable and I was able to set the temp to my liking. I cannot comment on breakfast because I like to sleep in, but I did make it down a short time after breakfast hours, and there was still bread, rolls, yogurt, juice, and coffee available.

This was our first time in this brand, but it was a pleasant stay. We liked the area because it was off the beaten path and quiet. For those who need to be close in to town and whatever is going on, this probably isn't your property. We appreciated the convenience to I-70 and new, clean and friendly place for our brief stay.

The hotel is just off I-70 on the KU Campus. It seems relatively new, and is very clean, quiet and accommodating. The desk clerk did an excellent job of calmly handling an impending tornado warning and getting all of the guests into the tornado shelter room.

Our room had an odd smell when we walked in. Killed a spider in the bathroom and found a small curly hair on one of the unused bath towels. Did not think it was worth what we paid.
