We really enjoy staying at the TI. Understanding that the property is a bit older, some areas are looking a little tired. Front desk was amazing and so were everyone we dealt with in the shops. I was unimpressed with the ladies cleaning our room, one was incredibly rude and our room could have been cleaner. The TI is super convenient to shopping and the convention center at the Venetian. We even easier walked to the Sphere. All in all our stay was great.

The property is dated and cleaning of rooms is minimal. My sons room had wad of long hair in the wall in the shower stall. It was there for the entire 5 days. So it wasn’t even cleaned properly before our arrival. We booked 3 rooms and the bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly in any room. On our last day the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Windows on entire hotel were very dirty on the outside. It’s not a horrible place, but I’d try somewhere else in my next trip.

Enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island this past week. Great location close to highway access, shows and dining. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great value!

No issues with hotel and like it’s in the middle of the strip. My issues will still be and it’s with all hotels on the the strip…the fees. I would visit Vegas 4 to 5 times a year now I go there maybe once every couple years. Discouraged by the resort fees of course. My only complaint.

Good hotel stay. We enjoyed the hotel, one thing we noticed shower towels were old and raggedy. They were rough on the skin. I think the hotel charges bring enough money to buy new towels, especially with all these new resort fees. Don’t know where all this money goes to.

The staff was friendly. However, you had to walk through the casino to get to the elevators, which is not pleasant for smoke sensitive people. They gave us one bar of soap instead of one for sink ans shower, and the TP was not soft! Otherwise, it was fine.

We enjoyed are stay. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is they need to wash the outside of the windows and change the filters in their heaters and air conditioners v the rooms were very dusty but they were clean other then those two things. I would stay again.

At 10:30pm at nigh, I was at front of checking in. 3 staff were present NOT serving customers. Needed to wait 15 minutes to check.-in. UNACCEPTABLE!

Location is awesome This hotel is starting to show its age. We were up on the 25th floor and its noisy…. Yes itsvegas but the walls are thin, the doors you can see light thu. Street noise is loud too! The only place for breakfast is the cafe… maybe starbucks If i were to go back we wont be staying there . Hotels fees are high and hold no value

Had a great stay, only complaint was the lack of water pressure, a toilet that had to be flushed several times. We compensated by going down to the lobby. All else was good.

Enjoyed our time at Treasure Island! Not use to the smoke in the casino. would not recommend eating at Gillys. Food was terrible. Do not recommend walking spring mountain bridge towards Chinatown. Home to the homeless in Vegas. Lots of drugs on ground. Very unsafe and we walked it at 8am!

The room was what I expected. The location was near the things we wanted to see. It offered free parking. The only thing I did not like is the casino and elevators reek of cigarette smoke.
