Everything was great. The staff was always kind &prepared to care for you. Wonderful and clean interior &exterior. The cafe the hotel hosts was clean, spacious &the food was excellent. Security doors after hours like many others make you feel safe cause no one without a key card can enter. Thank you for all your hard work &caring for your guest. My first time in Vegas and it left a great impression on me for the rest of the trip.

Excellent service, nice hotel, the pool area was awesome and private, the only detail would be the mattress, mine had an overused side, like sleeping in a hammock ( but not that confortable)
The check in was easy and fast. Lobby is immaculate. Rooms are great, water pressure and temperature was fantastic. Staff was helpful. Morning breakfast had options for all and check out is at noon which is unheard of in the hotel industry if you ask me.

This property smelled of wet dog in the lobbie and rotten egg on the elevator. Anybody with allergy issues would struggle here could only handle 2 of 5 days and had to change hotels. The spa was over chlorinated as well and the front desk might as well had been empty. Our room was also not ready at time of check in. Avoid ! Avoid !
This is a nice hotel but if you are traveling with a pet the $75.00 pet fee per day is excessive. Most hotels charge less.

This hotel is located adjacent to Silverton / Bass Pro Shop. Easy access in & out, the room was well sized and appointed. Very enjoyable stay. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Facilities were clean, nice room, and friendly staff. Only complaint is dog area doesn’t really exist. Only a dirt area with rocks that got into my puppy’s feet. Poop bag dispenser was empty and the same trash was there for at least two days, until I brought that to their attention. They are dog friendly though. Glad we had parking lots to walk in at least.
The cleanliness was remarkable, the continental breakfast was very impressive.

Had a water main break so smelled musty and the staff was rude because of the problems they were having - said since Sunday they have been in a nightmare
No food available and the water pressure was pathetic - not a Hilton like hotel it’s a refaced one star hotel with a Hilton sign out front

I am sorry you are having a bad experience with your stay. We are not a Hilton property so I'm confused as to why you are stating there is a Hilton sign out front. This is the Hyatt property and I do not recall a water main break on property.

I have stayed here before and it was fine and pet friendly. I booked a room here and was turned away because we had a cat. I still had to pay for the room and had to book another room in a scramble that WOULD take the cat. Further, they did not help us find another room or make any suggestions for a hotel chain that DID take cats. We made some calls and learned La Quinta will accept cats. The hotel would not refund our money. Needless to say, I am done with this hotel chain and my husband and I travel a LOT.
The rooms was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
