The staff, check-in and out process and location are great. The biggest issue? The rooms are freezing and have no way to control the temperature. The fridge was also freezing to a point where our food was frozen and sodas exploded. Coffee and hot water was broken.

This place has become my go to spot when traveling to Vegas. Close to family and far away from the congestion of the strip. If you just need an affordable place to sleep comfortably, souronded by many dinning options, and don't mind the drive to the strip, this is the spot.

Housekeepers are so loud, starting at around 5am they are singing and yelling through the hallways. The shops/restaurants aren’t open when the hours say they are. Front desk service is not helpful or friendly. However, the employees at Java, Steak ‘n Shake, and Victory’s are amazing and friendly

Very nice experience for the two rooms we had.
The only complaints we had:
1. Shower water pressure! Both rooms had good hot water, but the pressure was very low and made getting really clean more difficult than it needed to be!
2. For a six day race at the close by Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the Victory restaurant needs to have the full breakfast menu available a little before 7:00am! We have to be at the track before 8:00am and the MUCH SMALLER late night and menu is inadequate for ordering breakfast every morning!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We always stay here when racing at the LVMS!

The rooms were clean and nice and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is I’m a first thing in the morning coffee drinker and the fact that you had to go down into the casino for coffee was a pain. If they don’t want to put coffee in the rooms they should have it available on each floor like the ice.

Really disappointed that the hot tub was closed and we didn’t know, That was our reason for booking this place, we wanted to sit in the hot tub after a long day, and to make it worse the pool didn’t open until 9am which was after we had to leave.
