Room svc doesn't come daily unless requested. When requested they def dont do the best job. But for the price, its worth the stay. Its not dirty.. more like a lil dusty. Staff was bery accommodating when i needed to stay a few extra days due to floor plan changes that i was in town for. They gave no issue and moved things around so i did not habe to change rooms. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants qnd shopping for evenings after work.

The property is ok. Our room was clean which for me is a must. The check-in and check out process was fast. The place is next to Texas Road house and Long Horn. They have ice machine that was a plus. The toom also had a mini fridge and a microwave which we were able to used. Also has an iron which I needed one to iron our clothes. The only bad inconvenience we had was that they have a mini casino and my husband decided to play $20 dollars. He gave me a $20 dollars bill for me to also play. I put that bill in a machine and the machine swallowed it and after making some type of noise the $20 dollars bill was stuck inside and I stood there waiting for the credit to be applied and guess what? I didn’t. The mcahine took the $20 dollars bill and it didn’t applied the credit for me to play. I went to notify the lady at the front desk and her repsonse was. "We are not responsible for those machines" I asked her if she has the company phone number for me to call them and she said" we dont have their number" at that point I was very upset because they should have a number or someone in charge for this types of circumstances. I was so mad that I wake up the next morning telling my husband, ok it was just a $20 dollars bill but whatbif you have given me $50 or a $100 dollar bill?? That is alot of money to just let go. My husband told the gentleman at the desk and he told him for him to call the manager later and explain to her what happened. We left PA and we haven yet call.

The staff were very nice but the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty . The room was simple but it was all we needed . Had a hair dryer and we had enough towels too.
