Got blamed for property damage that was not our fault pain was bubbling on the walls in bathroom from shower moisture very dirty hotel needs upgraded for the price they charge
Heat was broken in my first room, so I was switched late at night. Second room the heat was broken too, switched again. Thankfully I’m a solo traveler, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But for a group or family, that could be a real hassle.
The staff member was immediately at my room and helping, and was friendly and attentive. They ensured that I did have heat. So the customer service is great!
Only one thing didn't like one cleaning crew they moved me different room it was dirty floor under the refrigerator was something sticky the place is nice l wish they changed one clean crew
