The outdoor pool was dirty as well as the indoor. The sauna was not clean. There was no staff in the spa area, and there was no access to the speedboat. However all the staff were kind and welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. We just wish we had access to the spa activities but couldn’t because of the unhygienic conditions.

Restaurant staff was awesome, food was excellent. Some upgrades are needed, however overall we had an awesome time.

We loved that it was adults only so it was quiet and peaceful. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and our favorite part of the resort was Spooners. We enjoyed playing all of the arcade games and being able to go get some classic bar food and have a drink.

We met great couples. New friends for life! The food was good. I didn’t like we waited for towels for over a half hour at the indoor pool. I made 2 calls to guest services and spoke to someone directly and never received towels. We ended up getting to breakfast at 10:20, and the hostest was not very pleasant. She was like well breakfast is over. We explained what happened and only after asking for manger, which she stated was not available, then me asking for corporate’s number did she seat us. Other than that annoying experience, we had an amazing time with each ofher and with the guests we met.
