The staff responsible for the breakfast did an amazing job! It was unfortunate that the pool was out of service and when we arrived at 2pm, no room with 2 beds was available yet. However, within an hour, the front desk manager came to the lounge and said we could be checked in. Overall, very nice!

Great(except for that train!!)
Had a good night here after a lovely day in Rhinebeck. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the pool wasn’t open and the train that comes thru like every 40 mins blaring its horn right as it crosses by the hotel!!!! That train would be the only reason i wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful but we got two rooms specifically for the pool and we were not informed that the pool wasn't operational when we checked and feel we should be reemburst some of the money.

We would love to have our pool back open but unfortunately no one will do roof repairs in the middle of winter. We always recommend contacting the property directly to verify the hotels details as we cannot control third party site information.

Excellent Stay
The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. It was such a nice treat to have a hot breakfast included. The pool was closed indefinitely. As a person with kids, it would be helpful to have this updated on website.

A good 3 Star stay.
Overall a good experience. Front desk staff was outstanding. Room could use a deep cleaning on the rugs. Shower had some mold in the door track but I'm sure the cleaning staff gets paid next to nothing so it's understandable. Bathroom sink drain needs adjustment ant the toilet ran on occasion.

Room was comfortable and clean. Sink would not drain, no maintenance available til morning, but it was fixed promply and properly. Wish I'd known the pool was closed indefinitely though.

Clean, convenient, easy stay
The rooms are clean, well lit and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is well managed, it has eggs and bacon/sausage in addition to the usual continental fare. The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. Even though I was not next to the elevator I found the walls to be thin, when my neighbor showered or flushed the toilet the sound came right through. The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Saugerties, which I found to be a friendly and charming town. It is easy to find free municipal parking behind the buildings and it is fun to walk around, sightsee and shop.
