"We were looking forward to staying for 5 nights in the quiet valley of Hermigua but found the hotel to be very noisy with poor soundproofing between rooms. "A quirky hotel room with a spiral staircase from room door and bathroom up to the bedroom. Excellent location for the town centre, restaurants and paths up the mountains. "Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "
