"Just finished two weeks in Kusadasi and stayed at the Garden Palace Hotel. The spot was just perfect. Location was as ideal as it gets. The place was very comfortable and features all the pros that you would expect from a modern day hotel but with an authentic vibe. The hotel manager was absolutely stellar. It was quite obvious that they put guest satisfaction at the forefront. Highly recommend. "

"We actually booked the batihan sea resort and by the time we got there it was actually full they put is in another Ultra luxury hotel called batihan vadi it was so amazing with a private villa and a 5 star service. Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. "Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
