Kumamoto Hotels with Internet

"About 8 mins walk from local train station. Whole place is so well decorated. Feels dreamy with Ghibli's soundtracks mildly played. The owner speaks great English. Everything is clean and efficient. I stayed in a dorm of 4. The room itself might be a bit small if you have big suitcase. But the space was fair enough for me. Top floor is where you can hang the laundries. You can see Kumamoto castle from there. Overall it was a great stay. Also great value for money."

"We are from US. This hotel’s room is simple but it has everything you need and it is very clean! I have stayed in higher star hotels in US and we don’t get the cleanliness and service and we still tipped even when the service at the US hotel was non existent. In Japan, no tipping and we get great service. The free breakfast at Comfort Hotel was good too. "

"The hotel is very close to the train station, bus lines, and street cars. Staff was helpful and stored our luggage before we were able to check in. Breakfast buffet was included, although not recommended."

"Room felt dated, but all facilities complete, including smartphone to use while travelling. Stay is comfortable. Location is actually very convenient as bus stop is just walking distance (nearer than tram stop) and near by to shopping street"
