First of all its a non smoking hotel. Walk in and the while place smelled so bad .our room was filthy.our bathroom was like a dirty truck stop bathroom. We kept or socks on while walking around the room and put our shhoes on in the bathroom .,smelled like urine our sovks wrre black in a matter of minutes!!! Will never stay there again. We ant full refund

The non smoking property was filled with smoke upon entering. The room was the most filthy room I have ever stayed in and I was in a desperate situation with little choice during an ice storm or I would have kept moving on even though it was non refundable when I booked it. It shouldn't be too much to expect to remove the previous peoples hair and bodily fluids from the tub, toilet, sink, bed and floor prior to renting to someone else.

The room hasn’t been cleaned for a long while. Different pubes and hairs around shower, sink and toilet. Fecal stains in and on toilet. Dirty floors, sex stains of numerous variety on bedding. Clearly housekeeping is not a normal thing done daily to all their rooms.

Ok, but not great
Room had roaches, and it was a non smoking room but the blanket had cigarette burns. Other than that it was ok. Only stayed cause it was free and I wasn't going to be there a whole lot of time.

The front desk is helpful and friendly. The only thing I can say is they have to finish up some of their updates like door hinges. In internet, my only issue was the internet and a little housekeeping. But for the most part I would stay here again

Too many people running through the hall. Woke up to people yelling in the middle of the night. Woke up and seen a cockroach on the table. Blanket had burn hole in it.

Hippie fest trip
The room smelled like stale beer and cigarettes. No table for you to eat or sit at. The pictures i seen online had a refrigerator our room didn't. The lights were on a timer and kept shutting off. I could hear everything going on around us. It wasn't bad but not what i was hoping for. Would i stay there again probably not.

The room was clean except for the window curtains being stained. There was a sizeable hole in the blanket. The cable TV wasn't working and we were not told about that on check-in. They said "they were working on it" when we inquired. The police arrived that night and made a bust of some sort a room or two down from our room which was disruptive with some wall banging and squad car lights flashing. We could not get the heat to work in the room. The only saving grace was the price.
