We were in town visiting family for the holidays and stayed in one of the 2 queen suites. The room was really spacious and clean. The price was great as well. Would stay here again.

Did not like the bed. Handicap room, very difficult to get up on the bed (too high and too soft. Also towel bar for hand towels in way of wheel chair, couldn't get up to sink.

The beds are extremely high off the floor; this was a problem with my back and leg arthritis. The bathtub had no safety tread or mat and was very slippery.

This Holiday Inn Express was spotlessly clean, the room was not cramped with plenty of room, beds were comfirtable. Customer Service was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was available, but not spectacular, could've been better. There was no sausage, bacon, or scrambled eggs, the biscuits & gravy was so-so.

Service-Wife could not get in the high bed and front desk person located and provided stepping stool so she could get into bed more easily (she's a bit short).
