It is a long way to go for dinner but worth it. The rooms are lovely and the food is good. Not sure why they dont put in a proper cooked breakfast

Everything you’d need for a couples getaway

Beautiful setting on the river/creek fork with farmland and roaming cows on the road in. The cottages are picture perfect and furnished to a high standard with lovely smelling toiletries. The breakfast hamper was great. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated and furnished lodge in lovely country setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of wildlife about - even spotted a wombat. Really enjoyed our stay despite the weather which wasn’t great! And the food at the 3 blue ducks was delicious.

Picture perfect
An unexpected delight after a long driveway to our accommodation the rooms and location are picture perfect. The three ducks restaurant was also a delight will be back.

Nimbo fork lodge was a peaceful relaxing 1 night stay for us and would highly recommended it. Fabulous service, clean great views of the river, best bed & pillows Would stay again, but will try the cottages for a few nights next time.

Gorgeously appointed and located
Gorgeously appointed rooms and cottages by the banks of the Tumut River. Fabulous views to take in and wander by through the lovely grounds. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience the place are and dine at the restaurant.

Clean, quiet romantic destination, with gorgeous cottages and scenic river setting. Disappointed the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday with no meal options other than cheese plate - it's a long drive to the nearest town restaurant. Likewise the breakfast hamper wasn't appealing to us, and a simple toast and tea station for the guests to use would be a great addition. Also Wifi not working. For the price point, we were a little disappointed. With better management this accommodation has great potential.

What a place...
I was passing through on an essential work trip, but wish I could have stayed a week (and brought my wife). The rooms (and cabins I believe) are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, the setting is extraordinary and the food and service from the well-trained staff is world-class. Gemma, Lucy Eunice - you can all be very proud of your delivery. Look forward to heading back.

Lovely restful resort
Beautiful setting, quiet, serene, with easy access to village if required. Lovely walks and river, fish weren't biting but tranquility made up for that. Restaurant serviced gourmet food and excellent choices. Pity it doesn't have any BYO or corking facility.

Fabulous location, and attractive rooms. We were disappointed not to have wifi in our room, and very disappointed that the restaurant was closed - it was a very long way to go to get some ordinary pub food in Gundagai. I understand that the restaurant can't be open all the time, but perhaps a hamper or something (like the breakfast hamper) might be made available?

Pot of gold at the end of the dirt road.
If you are after some clean country air, in an out of the way peaceful setting with a little it of lux then Nimbo Fork Lodge is your place. Make sure you treat yourself to dinner at the Three Blue Ducks restaurant. Place was neat as a pin and the staff where friendly. Warning - although access is via a long dirt driveway that meanders through the occasional flock of sheep, don't be concerned there is a pot of gold at the end of the road.

Remember this is a remote property being about 3 kms off the road. You may feel like you are traveling through someone’s farm but just keep going until you wind your way around to Nimbo Fork.

This place is awesome! The customer service is outstanding and made you feel really welcome. Peter is an assist to this place so welcoming and has his finger on the pulse. We had a wonderful time. The restaurant was outstanding and we highly recommend this place for a quick couples or small group getaway

The property was located away from the hustle and bustle. It was surrounded by animals. It was off the beaten track which was pleasant. The pool table was an added bonus.
