We have stayed at this location four or five times. Never a problem. The only complaint; this time; there were a few people staying there smoking weed in the building. It stank up the second floor and elevator. Management said they would address it.

Went on a last minute trip to this area which is somewhat remote and have limited hotel/motel options. I did locate the SureStay Best Western. Arrived appx 10PM. Staff was very kind and friend. Lobby was clean. Staff updated me regarding free full breakfast in the aM. Unfortunately I did miss that. The room was very clean. I check every bed in all hotels with a fine tooth comb. Bathroom very clean, TV selection with channels was nice ( yes not everyone streams as of yet) AC/Heat very nice and easy to control. Working mini Refrig was working ( lately I have ran into many that have not been working and no replacements) I was traveling alone and recieved a Queen 1 bed room. Excellant. Really sorry I missed breakfast in the AM. ( too many business calls) My understanding the selections is awesome. Agian, this is somewhat of a remote area, but the best was within eye distance is a WalMart. Far Enough not impacted by traffice and noise. Close enough if I wanted to walk I could. Nothing gets better then a Walmart close by to pick up everything I forgot for a last minute road trip. Definitely would recommend this again and stay again. Thanks to all the staff late at night and 11 pm check out. You were great, friendly and answered all my questions. Excellant job, excellant stay. Price was right.

ABSOLUTELY SUPER!!!
Always a great stay at SureStay.My accommodation were different from what I had requested but the staff at SsureStay went far beyond my expectations to straighten out the situation.Incredible service.For example the snack machine wasn’t working so one of the staff members had some chips and pretzels in her office and politely gave my wife and I some. She and the other staff members service to their customers were OUTSTANDING!!. I WILL ALWAYS stay at SureStay when I am in town.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Almost 5 stars except for the Wi-Fi
Overall, our stay was very good. Everything in the hotel was excellent except for two things the Wi-Fi was horrible and the bathroom did not have a place to put your shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower. Other than that, though the help or associates were excellent very friendly. made us feel at home the room was great the beds Were extremely comfortable the room was spotless as was the hotel the free breakfast was a big plus
The room was awesome. We took pictures after used it. Sorry but the Wi-Fi was awful.

Smell of cigarettes everywhere
The room was very clean, as well as the bedding. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Two drawbacks from staying here: 1) No soundproofing between walls. Could hear everything from the rooms next door and in the hallway. People yelling at 1 am from the hallway, then the people next door getting up at 5:15 am, talking loudly, banging things around, knocking against the walls, waking us up. Got very little sleep. 2) supposed to be a non-smoking room. The elevator and hallways had a strong smell of cigarettes, and when the a/c fan was turned on in the room, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. All our clothes smelled like cigarettes. Had to wash everything once we got home. Will not be staying there again.
