"The room is ok, a bit run down and the toilet handle makes a scary noise. The staff was just great and they were slammed with airport customers and did their best with that. The shuttle was broken too which cost us $20 extra. Also, a microwave would be nice. "

"Close to the airport for my morning flight. Facility is well kempt and updated. Beds were comfortable. Limited food options nearby. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Reported to the front desk the next day and they said they would call maintenance. "

"I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. "The staff were very helpful. Though the menu options are limited the food is good. The room is clean. My only suggestion is that the drapes don’t close all the way so too much light at night. "

"We stayed here during a water outage across the whole parish. But this hotel tried everything in their power to keep guest calm and safe. I love how every room comes with a kitchen automatically. I have absolutely no complaints. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Everyone was so nice. The hospitality was so amazing, the airport was with in minutes away, everything was so perfect here and during our trip. "
