"Staff and property are perfect for the area. The room was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The resort is a bit secluded from the already small secluded town of Hanalei. They do offer a shuttle service into town and back if needed. We loved our experience there and would stay at the resort again. "

"This place was definitely older and needs major updates. Staff was nice. TV in 3210 in master has 3 lines on broken screen which was very annoying at night to watch any tv when it was raining. 3 sliding doors were rusty and some wouldnt even lock which did not give any peace to sleep. You could hear everyone walk in the hallway on the 3rd floor and the roosters sounded like they were in the room because the glass and walls so thin. "Booked this trip many months ago. The resort is currently being renovated and a the main restaurant is closed. Our room had been refurbished and was very nice. The pool is huge, however, sections of it were closed due to the construction. Rooms were serviced every other day. Towels and coffee etc. needed to be requested. Paper cups were supplied for coffee, but no drink glasses or wine glasses. The resort is a beautiful spot and would like to come back sometime and hopefully when the work is...

"Very helpful staff at every step, both our early check in and letting us swim in the pool past quiet time into the 9 o'clock hour. Everyone so nice and welcoming. I very much appreciated the single night booking, when many others needed 2 or 3 night minimums. The included breakfast was a nice plus. All was well with the room. We'll be back on our next trip to Kauai, which will no doubt be longer."

"We were happy with the hotel, we thought we had booked a room with two bedrooms and it was actually a two story condo with ocean view. Very clean and had everything you could possible need in a kitchen. I also appreciate that had laundry machines in the unit. The only bad thing I could say is that the check-out time is too early at 10am so please pay attention to that."
