"Staff and property are perfect for the area. The room was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The resort is a bit secluded from the already small secluded town of Hanalei. They do offer a shuttle service into town and back if needed. We loved our experience there and would stay at the resort again. "

"Booked this trip many months ago. The resort is currently being renovated and a the main restaurant is closed. Our room had been refurbished and was very nice. The pool is huge, however, sections of it were closed due to the construction. Rooms were serviced every other day. Towels and coffee etc. needed to be requested. Paper cups were supplied for coffee, but no drink glasses or wine glasses. The resort is a beautiful spot and would like to come back sometime and hopefully when the work is...

"I liked it was close to airport I didn’t like the loud fire alarm went off twice during my stay and it was very loud and took at least 25 minutes for it to stop I didn’t like the maid did not come everyday Shower leaked water on floor Staying one hour after check out is $25"

"What a beautiful hotel!! Their oceanfront rooms were unbelievable! The pool and beach was the best for our small toddler with close to no waves and chairs right on the sand or grass at the beach. We loved visiting dukes for dinner too, what a great restaurant with beautiful views! "
