The mall and the food options were only a few minutes walk and the hotel was less than 15 min taxi ride from Fo Guang Shan Museum. "You can drive off the motorway right up to your hotel room on the 6th floor (like a car park with hotel rooms attached). Very comfortable bed and super large room. No door on toilet (open concept) was a bit strange. Breakfast was ok - good coffee. "

"Really nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else."

I was staying there to hold until I found a apartment so I had to book 7 days in case so I wouldn't be homeless. I found a apartment after 3 full days and as per my program director needed to move out immediately to gain residency for my Arc. I asked the hotel about my remaining days and they refused to do anything customer service and use to return even...
