I also want to mention how helpful the staff was. The concierge helped arrange tickets for a bus ride to Shirakawa-go for my family. All we needed to do was to show up to the bus depot and pay. Everything was already reserved for us. So helpful and so friendly!!!! Would definitely come back here. Just not...
