Felt very private from neighboring cabins. We only had two issues with our stay. AC unit was loud and we could tell the cabin we were in had flooded at some point due to the baseboards being warped.

The overflow in the bathtub is missing, which will allow water to go into the wall cavity and produce black mold. All of the baseboards in the bathroom are damaged from either the tub, overflowing or the sink or toilet overflowing. Everything else was comfortable.

The cabin was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom facilities were were clean and well maintained. We were only there for one night but the grounds were quiet at night and provided a calm setting for a good nights sleep!

The cabins are located in a very picturesque spot, you feel you have the whole place for yourself thank to the little veranda with a table and chairs (even though other cabins lined up next to yours). The room itself is spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. Stayed in Kanab for 2 nights and the cabin was perfect for it. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again for sure.

These beautiful and spacious cabins are perfect for short or long stays. Well equipped, spacious, comfy bed, fridge, coffee machine and a little porch outside of the cabin. Loved staying there.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable room. There is nothing but a room and it's front sitting deck facing the parking lot, yet the location of Kanab is good as not too far from the National Parks, so I stayed here 3 nights to save$

Clean and sanitary! Spacious room but no carpet. Some like it that way I suppose. Furnitures were used or 2nd hand as it appears. Took while for hot water to spring forth while attempted to take a shower. Need updated shower curtain, rod and shower head in my opinion. Also, the hand sink faucet was too small/didn't come out far enough to wash hand etc, however, over good clean cabin.

Quiet little cabins with super convenient parking out front so we weren’t as concerned with leaving gear in our roof box and trunk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of our late check in. Perfect for a one night stay on our way to GC. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in our cabin. Our only negative was the closeness of all the cabins meant we could hear car doors shutting all night. Cabin was clean & comfortable. We rented the cabin with 3 beds which we have never had before.

Great place, clean and in good shape,great price, dog friendly, quiet, you are in your own unconnected cabin. The grounds are very plain, no grass or plants, but very tidy. The family that runs and works the place are very nice and friendly. The cabins are are about the same size as a good sized hotel room.

Went to check in the front desk. Nobody was there so I pressed the doorbell button on the front desk. Waited for a couple minutes before having to ring the doorbell again. Still no employee after 5 minutes or so and people behind us were getting impatient too waiting for the front desk person to show up! Someone else in line went outside looking for an employee and found him and notified him that customers were waiting.
