"I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge. When I got my room the next day Dave took care of all my stuff and moved it to the second floor no elevator just stairs with complete hospitality When I checked in Joel was really helpful with fishing info and made the stay very welcoming. "Lovely cozy hotel with a nice cabin feel. The lake next to it is just amazing and they have plenty of parking by the door. Love the hotel decor and the bear pattern blankets etc., the staff are also lovely! Only thing I missed was last time I stayed there was complimentary breakfast which we really enjoyed. "
