Area is clean and hotel is safe. The front door locks after a certain time and you have to have a room key to get back in. Quick and easy check in.

I was in town for a festival held at the performing arts center in Oxford. Your staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was great, and breakfast was really great! Very much appreciated!

Elliptical in the fitness center needs maintenance and a recumbent bike would be better for the client this hotel serves. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I called the hotel early in the morning to confirm my room and to see about early check in. Everything from start to finish was great. The reception desk explained everything perfectly. I brought my dog and he was very happy the entire time. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel could be updated some, but it's not really an issue. The surrounding area has food everywhere and a Walmart for anything else you might need. I'll be staying here again.

Friendly and Pet Friendly!
Everybody went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Everything was very clean - including the shower, shower curtain, floors, refrigerator, ... Main reason we picked this hotel was location and they were pet friendly. When I saw pet friendly - I mean really pet friendly! Breakfast was great - got to make my own waffles too!

Tiyanna at the front desk was awesome! Very helpful. The pool was not very clean. We also had a very large roach in our room. I did report this to hotel staff. The room looked clean though. Considering this is the only hotel chain in town I would expect everything to be top notch.
