Staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was clean. I marked off one star because the bedspread looked a little worn and had a small tear at the corner. For the price and as short as my stay was I didn’t need a view..it was good!

What a great surprise! We were passing through Jackpot and just needed a meal and a room for the night. The food and service in the diner were both great. If you are looking for snooty, this isn't the place, but if want clean and comfortable, this is it! Don't let the low price fool you, the staff, service a room conditions were terrific. We will return when we can stay a little longer!

your rooms stink, machines dont pay , bathtub is gross and i mean gross , towels are YELLOW from the piss and smoke bartender , hotel ckerk cook , cash pay all 1 man extremely kind. Very attentive, it was my birthday for god sakes

Easy check in and super friendly. If you are traveling across one state or more, it is a much better option than Idaho Falls which is way too noisy with traffic, etc. I adore the non-smoking standards which are enforced by management.

We took a family group to Jackpot NV for New Years. Four Jacks was a perfect place for us to stay. One issue at check-in was I had 2 rooms reserved and confirmed but only one was found. Four Jacks quickly remediated that and even gave a discount for the issue.

The whole room needed an upgrade except for the carpet. It was very nice. The toilet didn’t work but we were able to fix it. The lights by the beds operated by a long cord which was plugged in to an outlet the plug in was defective and every time the bed moved, the lights would go on and off. The towels were a disgrace. The quilts on the beds could have been lovely but I don’t think they had been washed in ages. Maybe the water was rusty. The central light fixture/fan needed a new bulb. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating so it wasn’t all bad. Won’t stay there again though.

Decent room, no issues. Couldn't use any of the tv features as the wifi would not work for the tv nor anything else. So kind of dampened the night to have almost zero entertainment besides cable. Staff was nice, the restaurant was the highlight of our stay. Marisol our server was a gem and the food was AMAZING. Highly recommend the tacos and burritos! Overall a good bang for your buck

Everything was great, except fir the mattress. It was memory foam, and was very firm feeling. I slept okay. Im just not used to this type of mattress. Coffee was served free at the bar in the casino area,which was very nice. We had breakfast at the little restaurant in the casino. Everything is conveniently located in the hotel. We were not there to gamble. We were just traveling through, on our way home from vacation. I would stay here again. It was very safe,clean and convenient.

Overnight stay
Overall a pleasant stay. The place was clean. The room was clean and decorated in a quaint style with quilts. The beds were soft and bouncy and we prefer a firmer mattress. The bottom sheet wasn't fitted so just bunched up. We wanted to eat in the Cafe for breakfast but they were busy and waited 15min without anyone taking our order or bringing coffee so we went somewhere else

Big surprise
Jackpot doesn’t have many good choices for anything. We have stayed there several times. This property was the best yet. It is very old but our room was nice and clean. Restaurant food was decent. Service good. I would definitely stay there again.

Pretty basic, but clean. Quirky property, but so are we, lol. Was concerned about check-in, as I couldn't raise anyone on the telephone and it said there was no voicemail, but not to worry, staff in bar attends hotel desk. The restaurant on property is owned separately and opened later than stated for breakfast which delayed our departure, but the server was very nice.

The four jacks is an older property and it shows. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels. As it is a hotel/casino there was no in room coffee. For the price it was acceptable. I wasn’t looking for luxury. The attached restaurant was Excellent. Soprios is new . The staff was excellent very friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Hot and great portions!!

The place is pretty old but not run down. The rooms were decent, i was a little upset that it didn't have a jetted tub like my reservation said it had. The casino was nice and small. The guy sitting next to me won a jackpot. We didn't try the restaurant cuz i saw a mouse in it. The drinks at the bar were strong and cheap. The bartender was pretty nice.

We always choose Four Jacks while traceling through on our business trips. The staff are always amazing. The restaurant is too notch also. Our rooms are always clean. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It is fairly clear there is no real management oversite of the hotel as to day to day functions. Your internet wifi is vrtually useless becanse the router/server will not up load at all. I speed tested the system and found 40 plus mb download and 0.003 upload. If you cannot upload, you have no function internet. I would never stop here again traveling through the area into Idaho and would likely go on an stop farther down the road. You really need to pay some attention to your facility

The reading is for with this places. This is a cheap clean, safe place to stay. This is not a four-star resort. I stay here on my way to Montana. It’s a halfway point. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are all no smoking. There’s a however, smoking allowed in a little tiny mini casino, the restaurant is decent. I would recommend if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head as you pass through
