A little difficult checking in, but it was offseason for them. Once we got hold of them by phone, everything went top notch. Beautiful room, clean, friendly staff.

The room was recently completely re-done and it is immaculate and nice with an Amana all-temperature air-conditioner/heater, a nice bathroom, fridge and small microwave. We enjoyed our short stay.

Staff was not on site but did contact providing clear checkin process. No problem accessing room. Clean & spacious. Particularly liked the bathroom room. Large room, good lighting, & roomy walk in shower. Would stay again

Rooms were small but adequate. Checked in to first room, unpacked and furnace kicked in making a terrible loud squealing noises. Fan motor bearings needed replaced. Were moved to another room. TV was not working in second room. Caretaker tried to fix and we were moved to third room. Personal was friendly and helpful but building needs work.

Nicely renovated, with personality. Small but cozy, comfortable. Checkin was through messages that I didn’t receive since I didn’t have a phone with data or wifi, but we were lucky to find property employees that offered their phone for communication.

It is nice to know there are Good caring people
It was amazing my friend did not feel well so we stayed one more day everyone was great very helpful and nice. They went out of their way to help us get to our next destination without having any issues giving the weather

Doesn’t look great on the outside but the rooms are nice and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again. Great pricing for what you get out of it.

Great staff…absolutely fantastic…I stayed for 3 days, and met a mother/daughter and niece who all work there. They were absolutely wonderful and kind and friendly and made me feel right at home. Please give these ladies a raise!!! They certainly deserve it!

Reasonably priced for the area and clean. The restaurant is good as well. However, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear every single conversation next door. I didn't even have to look at the weather. The guy next door told his wife so i was prepared for the day. And the TV talks. Kinda creepy.

WAY OVERPRICED!!!
Pros: smelled like pinesol, it had nice sheets and pillows, and the beds were comfortable. Cons: uneven, wavy, creaky floors (we actually took a video of a rolling water bottle from the bedroom to the front door and we felt sorry for the people in the room beneath us); no coffee maker or breakfast. WAS WAY OVERPRICED for what we got. Terribly disappointed.

Nice place to stay if you travel to Yellowstone. The restaurant is only opened for breakfast and lunch from Tuesday to Saturday. Not many dining options in the area and no luck after 9 pm

These units are very small. There are so many issues with the facility. Floors squeaky, bathroom door would not shut, property outside was dirty, bugs in bathroom, bed was very small with issues with frame. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Had to leave before end of stay because of medical issue and they would not give us credit for short stay,

Couples trip to YNP
Cozy stay 25 minutes from YNP. Room was updated and bed was comfortable. Walls were very thin and we could hear everything that our neighbor said and did. AC unit was struggling and our room was stuffy. The historic charm of the lodge was fun, but the 1947 floors made for noisy movement. Price was good compared to other options, would stay again with ear plugs.
