Got charged double. Guy up front just said “put card in “ ignoring me and just treating me like them YouTube Indian scammers…. Tv wasn’t working. Gave me 40$ refund, that somehow charged my card 40$ and he said it takes 3-4 business days with debits cards. Doesn’t make sense at all.

This interchange has many hotels, and like a lot of freeway interchange areas a lot of them are, to be kind, rough. This one stands out as a nice hotel in an area where there seems to be a race to the bottom due to the freeway. Visiting from the East you are likely to get a hotel in this area, this is my recommendation. The staff cares and works hard to take care of their guests.

This hotel is not in the greatest area. The parking lot smelled like vomit and trash, the Bob Evans in front of it is abandoned, and my room had a lot of nicks and dings in the walls. One of the lamp shades looked like it had been thrown around the room. The sheets had some stains on them, and I was worried about the cleanliness of my room, but the common areas appeared to be clean. The hot water was also not hot some days.

Many aspects of my stay were extremely frustrating and disappointing. No one was there to check me in. I rang the bell twice, no one came. I called their front desk, no one answered or came. As I was calling a second time, someone came. I should not have to call the front desk twice to check in. At check out, it was 4:40am and my Uber was arriving at 4:50am. Breakfast in the lobby was ready and set, I went there and the employee running it said “breakfast only at 5.” I said “my Uber will be here at 4:50” and she said nothing. I thought that meant I couldn’t grab an omelette or coffee or make toast, so I grabbed a tiny packaged muffin that was on the open tray by the fruits and made my way to the door. The employee then very loudly said as I walked out “breakfast starts at 5, you need to learn how to listen.” Extremely rude and unnecessary over a stale muffin the size of a sticky note I took 10 min early. I felt very unwelcome and as if I was a burden to this hotel.

I did not like anything. The area was awful and not safe. I was afraid my car wasnt going to be there in the morning. Room was beyond disgusting, dirty beddng and noisy The door had a big gap even when locked. The guy at the desk had a personality of a wet rag. The only reason why I stayed was because we went to a concert and didnt get back until after midnight and we live 3 hours away. Was so grossed out and they charge way to much for a dump like that.

The was a mouse in my room. I was on the desk eating the leftover out of the McDonald’s bag. I turned on the lights and seen the mouse running through room. The sound of the mouse rattling the bag woke me up at 4am and it was just too much

This was a nice place for the price you pay! Although the hot water didn’t get really hot and the bathroom was small and the shower curtain didn’t close the whole way! The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean!
