The property was nice and clean. The room was large and clean. The TV was not great. The side of the screen had large lines through it like it had been damaged pretty badly. It definitely needs replacing. Also, it would have been nice to have lamps on both sides of the bed and more USB outlets.

Overall the property was great. My only issues were the housekeeping. When we checked in on Thursday there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk, stood there for about 10 minutes. I went back to my room and called the front desk. The lady brought up toilet paper and was super nice about it, offering apologies. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday and had no other issues. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, even accepting a delivery from UberEats for me, as I had walked over to a restaurant and the delivery arrived early!

I stayed here for mere hours to sleep before an early morning flight. Check-in was no hassle, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Travel to IND is easy and quick. I didn't use any amenities or have breakfast but I would stay here again if the price is right.

I liked the location of the property and the proximity to a nice walking trail for my dog and I. The facility was clean and nice, but my room was next to a conference room and there was a bday party there. Kids screaming and music thumping till 10pm and kids screaming for another hour. My dog was stressed out and I was exhausted. If it wasn’t for that it would’ve been a good stay.

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of April 20th, 2024. Her, a pregnant military officer, and myself, a small business owner, were in town celebrating the soon to be birth of our son, Hazen. Prior to leaving for the baby shower I respectfully asked staff if they would please clean my entire room and have it look beautiful for my beautiful pregnant wife, who deserved a small vacation like this. I took all our towels and trash and put them in bags and a pile prepared for the housekeepers. I even left a pretty decent $50 tip. The housekeepers did not clean my room, remove ANY of the old dirty towels or white linen, nor cleaned, or changed my bed set like I specifically requested. They did however bring TWO new towels and a new set of soap for the jacuzzi while IN my room. Makes me wonder what they were really doing in my room. This situation has made me so uncomfortable and embarrassed staying at the Baymont. I will not be bringing my wife back here, unfortunately.

Pool water was a bit cold and had a ton of chlorine. My daughter enjoyed it anyway. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay.

Booking the Presidential Suite months ahead of the Solar Eclipse turned out to be perfect. The suite was expansive with plenty of room. I loved the separate bedroom, living room, dining area, large sink area, full bathroom and jetted tub in the room. It was worth every penny and made the night before our trip to watch the eclipse at Indianapolis Motor Speedway memorable. We also enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was very filling. I highly recommend this property.
