The rooms contained no bathroom supplies, such as soap. The maid service was about as low as a hotel could provide. Breakfast was pretty good for this level of hotel. Bottom line, my family is will avoid La Quinta’s in the future.

It was an okay stay, but unfortunately there was mold in the shower, very humid, and unsafe….. but the staff was nice and we were only there 2 nights so it was doable in my opinion.

When we checked there was not enough towels or toilet paper. So right off the get go.made a trip down stairs. Toilet was broken then we go to take a shower and the handle was so loose. So the next day a repair guy came and I said how to we get towels. The cleaning lady said she had to see if we were eligible for new towels and I was thrown back. Repair man fix bathroom Time to maybe find a new place to stay.. We have need to find another spot.

Toilet was about to fall over, toilet seat was so loose it slid so far left it pinched my leg skin, where you pour water into the coffee machine was very dusty i had to clean first but on a positive note there wasn’t any bugs that i saw and the rest of the room was generally clean

There was a god awful smell as soon as you walk outside. I had a dog with me so we had to go outside frequently. The elevator and halls were so dirty. Someone was smoking pot across from us and made the whole hall smell. Will not be staying here again.

We pre booked a king suite. They put us in a king not suite without even a sofa bed for kids. Then they moved us to a double queen. The guy didn’t offer any discount or anything for the cheaper room. Also, the room had 1 TOWEL for the first day, for 4 people. The guy claimed to be washing towels but 6 hours later still had none. Plus the hall and stairs were dirty.

The area the hotel is in smelled like there is waste water plant or sewer issue. The day shift staff is friendly and kind. The facility is in bad shape. The cleanliness of the place is poor. I don’t think it’s the fault of the workers. It may be the lack of enough staff. The place needs cleaning and maintenance from the bathrooms to the elevators to the stained carpets everywhere. I ordered off Expedia and was disappointed again!

Microwave was not operable. Coffee maker did not have a carafe or mug/cup. Refrigerator smelled like rotten seafood, so it could not be used. Very minimal amount of towels and soap. Floor in bathroom and hall were sticky. Toilet seat was extremely loose. Very noisy from nearby rooms.

The only problem there was a dog that barked half the night. There should be a special floor just for pets. We are coming back in April. The staff is awesome the breakfast lady is so nice and helpful

The hotel itself was ok. The room large and spacious. There was a blood streak on the underside of the duvet.Mattress was not the most comfortable. Has probably seen better days. Staff were very polite however, breakfast was an issue. Was told it was served between 6-9.Went at 7.25 to find all potatoes had gone. There was enough scrambled eggs for one and a half portion and no bacon. I asked if there was more coming out and was told that potatoes would come out in 10. Bacon would be put in and available in 30 minutes.Was told that eggs would be cooked and replenished once the existing portion was eaten. I replied that i did not want to eat eggs now and come back in half an hour for bacon.I asked if there would definitely be eggs when the bacon came out and was told that more eggs could be cooked if there was none when the bacon came out.I returned thirty minutes later and asked if the bacon was ready. 10 streaks of bacon were brought out and added to the potatoes which had been cooked and the portion and a half of eggs that was still there.My wife had eggs and bacon and about 10 minutes later i decided to just have waffles at which point I was asked if i wanted more eggs to be cooked.Whilst I applaud the effort for no food wastage, theexperience was like pulling teeth.I do not blame the employee who clearly in my opinion had been given a directive from management to keep to strict potion control but I should not have to debate regarding availability half way through breakfast

My sheets on both beds were filthy,my bath tub was dirty from the last person who used the room ,spiders were crawling all along the wall,there is plenty of mildew in the bathroom ceiling!
