"The only disappointment with the booking was that I am sure I was to get free breakfast but they did not have that in their paperwork. That did not ruin a remarkably relaxed and wonderful vacation. We spent 7 nights at Hau Holbox and were in the balcony with a sea view- room 107. The trees have obscured much of the view but there was a small water view. "If I could give this hotel 10, I would. When I was doing my research on where to stay in Holbox, I didn’t want be near the action or noise of el centro. I really did want that ‘eco-hotel’ vibe. Casa Noma was absolutely exceptional!!! I didn’t know at the time but my husband called in advance to tell them it was my birthday and they had a nice bottle of bubbles with some snacks and a happy birthday sign arranged in the room. Very sweet and a lovely surprise! Breakfast is included in the price....

"This property needs to hire more staff that are welcoming, upon arrival at 2:45 pm they said my room would not be ready until 3:30 pm when check in time is supposed to be at 3. Then the front desk said to wait upstairs at the rooftop pool and order food and drinks but upon going up to the roof the staff upstairs said the kitchen was closed. Very Poor communication and very rude comments and stares. The complimentary breakfast via Expedia and all they gave us was a peace of bread with butter and...

"We had the most amazing experience staying at Delek. The staff is super friendly the hotel is a small charming beautiful atmosphere and the beach is like an endless pool. The rooms are super clean with excellent decorative taste. I would recommend everyone to experience Delek. We will be back for sure"

"The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape."
