I wish they would have said something about the construction or given a discount also the hot tub didnt work till thursday. Not to mention the amount of police that kept following me and my daughter around was totally uncalled for. The hotel checking staff was wonderful how ever the housekeeping staff never liked to give me extra towels even though i was there for 4 days. I dont think ill be back due to the amount of police that had no business following me and the rude housekepping staff.

Loved the upgrades taking place and can’t wait for the new/upgraded rooms. Hot tub was lukewarm and not relaxing.

Ice maker was not working,no heat in room,refrigerator in room not working,television had no volume,eastside of hotel under construction, no buffet,will never,ever stay here again

Staff is very friendly! I suggest you set up parking for your hotel guest. Felt like we had to walk miles when we parked. We appreciate the pool guy that chased off the drunk parents and crazy young kids.

We had a hard time locating the hotel entrance. The sign stated for deliveries…. Our room carpet wasn’t the cleanest and the bedding was very cheap and sparse.. We were cold throughout the night even though I put the temperature up in the room. My recommendation would be to put better bedding on the beds. At least have it ironed.

There is construction everywhere, including right next door to our room at the hotel. Beginning early morning each day, it was so loud and constant we thought the pictures would fall off the walls. It was awful. The casino was fairly empty, so we can’t imagine why they put us in rooms right next door to the construction, they had to have several empty floors. The room we stayed in was also very worn out, including a few stains on the linen. Definitely in need of renovating, but not with guests next door!

The refresh on the rooms is at least 10 years over due. But the water pressure in the showers is awesome. The price was very reasonable especially considering what we got.

My room was not as clean as it had been in previous visits. Sticky food was on the table and it looked like some sorts of liquid/drink was thrown on the lock and handle of the door on the inside.
