"Just a couple mins walk from JR Shinkansen, inside a small shopping mall with a variety of eateries. Staffs are all very friending. Only comment is the public bath. Wish they provide amenities in the women bath, and a basket to bring towels to the bath. Other than that, stay is very comfortable and would come back again. "

"Decently located to train station. They have tattoo covers for those wanting to use the onsen, which is nice. TV has chrome cast option so you can watch things from your phone on the big screen which is great. Your room card allows you access to the gender separated onsen which is great, no need to extra passcodes. The onsen itself is wonderful. 3 pools: indoor, outdoor, and a cold one.
