"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

"Loved the location! Train station was a short walk and you could go anywhere from there. Enjoyed walking in Hyde Park, also a short walk away from hotel. Staff was very helpful. Only negative was an uncomfortable bed. "

"The lobby was absolutely stunning, as was the rest of the hotel. Beautiful decorations. Room was a bit small but I was staying by myself so I didn’t mind. Location was great, about a 2 minute walk from the Queensway Train station, which basically takes you right into the city. Feels very safe for someone traveling alone! "

"The hotel is in a beautiful location in the City of London. It is a short walk to the Tower Bridge and London Bridge. It was very quiet around the hotel, so it ensures a nice environment to sleep. Rooms were lovely with nice items for your comfort( tea, water, biscuits, robes, etc). I would stay again in the future. "
