The property sits in the heart of old quarter, which is very convenient and there are plenty restaurants nearby to quench your thirst or hunger

It's a small and old hotel in Old Quarter, a very good location to stay because it is close to all kind of restaurants and shops. The staff are the best part of this hotel experience. Simon, the manager not only introduced us the most popular places to eat or shop but also led us to the the best place to have egg coffee because he thought we would not be able to find it. Well, that place was packed with local people as well as the tourists, my friend had egg beer also, she said it was really good. The daily breakfast at the hotel was made per order, they were good but we like the fruits and pho offered even more. We had room 401 and 403, they were pretty size rooms with view. The hotel is also a travel agent, but unfortunately we booked all my tours in advance, but Simon contacted my tour operators to come to pick us up at the hotel every morning that made my life much easier without speaking the Vietnamese language. I truly appreciate their services and especially Simon's hospitalities. I highly recommend this place.

The pictures are very not truthful.
The pictures were very deceiving. It is a very old run down hotel. Very small. Air quality poor. The staff seemed embarrassed when they saw my disappointment. The staff however was very pleasant!!!

Do not stay here! I was treated so rudely by the staff, my bed was crawling with ants so bad I had to book another hotel and transfer over after just arriving. The manager also demanded I leave my room key at reception when I left for lunch so 'they could know when I was in the room or not.' Might be fine if you're travelling with a man and you're fine with ants all over your bed, but as a solo female traveller I urge any other girl to stay somewhere else. Worst hotel experience in my 4 + months in Asia!

Fits the bill
Cheap no frills stop over in a great location for the old quarter. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms are in need of renovation, the bathrooms particularly. Does what it says on the tin.

市内中心部のＴ字路突き当りにあり、朝から深夜までにぎやかな音(特にバイク)が聞こえました。パルコニーで外に出られるので、いつでも往来の様子が眺められ外出しなくても観光気分になりました。近隣の建物もベトナム式で見てて飽きません。ホテル前の道はお正月の夜に歩行者天尾になって、バイクや車を気にせず歩けました。アジアの喧騒が好きな人にお勧めです。ホテルにe-mailで空港との送迎車を頼みましたが、すぐ回答が来て助かりました。片道１８米ドルでした。食事はフォーとドラゴンフルーツとスイカジュースが印象に残っています。今回シティービューにしてとても良かった。

英語が通じホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧で良かった。送迎車の手配 レストラン予約も正確でした。 要望は浴室、洗面所のタオルが古すぎている。少し早めに交換したのが 清潔感が出る。

구시가지 가까운숙소
일단 속소위치가 좋앗음. 대신 아침에 늦잠은 못잠. 바로앞에 교통량이 많아 시끄러움. 호텔 스텝들 엄청 친절햇고 12시전이면 문을 닫지만 벨누르면 바로 열어줌 24시간 개방이라고 봐도됨. 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였음

아직도 어이가 없어요 예약하고 갔는데 오버부킹이라며 다른 호텔로 보냈는데 와 하수구냄새에 난리난리 여관보다 못했어요 하루자고 다음날 이호텔에서 다시 묵었는데,지아틴호텔 자체는 그저그랬는데, 오버부킹은 일부러 받는것같아요 저이후로도 오는사람들 줄줄이 오버부킹이었어요 지들은 약속도 안지켜놓고 체크아웃때 십분넘었다고 방까지 쫓아오고 ! ㅋㅋ 하노이 호텔 여러군데 갔는데 이런곳 처음봤어요 제발가지마세요

いい所 立地がいい。(旧市街やマーマイの家に歩いていける) スタッフが親切。(両替や観光情報や空港への交通手段も教えてくれる) 部屋も清潔。エアコンの効きもいい。Wi-Fiも速い。 悪いところ 隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。 防音性は悪いが、いいところの方がはるかに多いので、また泊まりたいホテルです。

여행자거리를 돌아다닐 생각에 선택했던 숙소..하지만 그 거리는 사기꾼이 득실거린게 문제...차라리 중화거리쪽에 숙소를 잡고 호안끼엠쪽은 하루 둘러보는것을 권장...호텔 자체는 괜찮음...친절하고....다만 가끔 청소후 물을 빠트린다거나 하는 문제는 있음...

Top Hotel für den mittleren Geldbeutel
Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt und zu Fuß kann man vieles erreichen! Für den Preis ist die Sauberkeit in Ordnung (nicht mit europäischen Anforderungen vergleichbar!!!). Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und hilft überall gerne! Nach Trips steht ein Zimmer zum ausschlafen und Duschen bereit! Trips und Touren sollten aber wo anders gebucht werden! Im Vergleich etwas zu teuer! Sonst Top Hotel für Backpacker!

호안끼엠 호수에서 걸어다닐 정도로 가까움
베트남 미니호텔급에서 중상위층 인거 같습니다.위치상으로는 정말 좋고 주변에 식당/여행사/쇼핑 모두 해결 가능합니다.단지 3성급 호텔치고 청결함을 바라지 말고 무난하게 넘기는정도....뜨거운 샤워 하시는데 불편하실 수 있습니다, 단 몇 분 샤워하면 차가운물로 넘어갑니다. 그리고 전반적으로 벳남의 도시위생 상 문제일 수 있지만 쥐가 보이기도 했습니다
